NBA: Stephen Curry Says The Warriors Have A “Terrible Feeling” In The Locker Room
According to reports, Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry admits the team’s locker room hasn’t been doing so well. He said that there’s a “terrible feeling” in their locker room. Now, reports claim that two players in the Warriors had some heated exchanges as the team continues to struggle.
According to former Warriors center, Andrew Bogut, Kelly Oubre Jr. was the one who had a heated exchange with a teammate in the locker room. Bogut said that it all started with Oubre’s statements in March that he can do a lot more than coming off the bench. “Now I’m not gonna name the player, but I’ve heard the Warriors players didn’t take too lightly to those comments”, Bogut added.
Kelly Oubre Jr. Failed To Live Up To Expectations
Kelly Oubre Jr. surprised the NBA world after the Golden State Warriors signed him. Fans think that the team will become more dangerous with his arrival. However, Oubre did not live up to the expectations. Instead, he kept on struggling offensively, especially on shooting 3-pointers, which is the main offensive playstyle of the Warriors.
Andrew Bogut also said that the Warriors were supposed to trade Oubre to the New Orleans Pelicans for Lonzo Ball. Unfortunately, both teams failed to make a proper deal. Now, fans have been swarming the Warriors’ social media account to trade Oubre as he doesn’t have much impact on the team.
