Deavan also dropped a hint about their family issues when she said that she had a “horrible reason” for her sudden departure from Korea. Meanwhile, Jihoon’s lawyer, Joseph Alamilla shared his thoughts about the allegations.
90 Day Fiance: Deavan Clegg Says The Investigation Is Ongoing
During an interview, 90 Day Fiance star Deavan Clegg revealed that her ex-husband Jihoon Lee is now being investigated. “Police have received the evidence of abuse and are taking it very seriously and working with us closely”, Deavan said. She also said that they’ll share more information after the investigations are complete. Apparently, Deavan claimed that Jihoon physically abused her daughter Drascilla during their time together in Korea. At one point, Deavan said that Jihoon pulled Drascilla’s hair intentionally when she woke up at 3:00 AM to get water. However, Jihoon claimed that Drascilla has been getting into trouble at school for pulling a student’s hair. Due to this, he disciplined Drascilla by pulling her hair as well.
Jihoon Defended By His Lawyer
90 Day Fiance star Jihoon Lee’s lawyer, Joseph Alamilla opened up about Deavan Clegg’s child abuse allegations. According to him, Deavan initiated an investigation almost a year after leaving Jihoon in Korea with her daughter and Jihoon’s son. “She did not make a complaint while she lived there and only filed the complaint after he filed his answer and counterclaim in this case,” Alamilla added. He also said that they’re currently seeking the records of Deavan’s actual complaint and will release an update as soon as they obtained it.

In a social media post, 90 Day Fiance star Deavan Clegg shared a picture of her daughter Drascilla. According to Deavan, her daughter has a voice and deserves to be heard. She also said that she’ll continue to fight for her right. Deavan ended her statement with, “A child takes time to open up. No time limit should be placed on victims.” She also puts hashtags like #stopshamingchildren and #stopvictimblaming, which seems to shade at Jihoon Lee’s defense on her claims.
