Dallas Mavericks star Luka Doncic has been putting on a show early in the season. He never fails to impress his fans every time he steps on the court. Luka has been breaking NBA records since his rookie year. Now, he passes the record of one of the greatest players in NBA history, Michael Jordan. The 21-year-old Slovenian superstar is also expected to reach greater heights this season. He’s currently the fan-favorite to win this year’s MVP.
NBA: Luka Doncic Passes Michael Jordan In Career Triple-Doubles
Dallas Mavericks star Luka Doncic just passed Michael Jordan in career triple-doubles during their game against the Chicago Bulls. Doncic scored an outstanding 36 points, 16 rebounds, and 15 assists in 37 minutes of playing. Doncic passed Jordan’s record with style. Luka For MVP?
Dallas Mavericks star Luka Doncic is heavily favored to win this year’s MVP. Doncic shined the most during their playoff run last year. Fans and NBA players commended him for his efforts and dedication to his team. Unfortunately, they were defeated by the Los Angels Clippers during the first round of the playoffs. Now, the 2019 ROTY might be looking forward to this year’s MVP award with his dominating performances. However, the competition for this year’s MVP is tight. Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James is currently the 1st on the MVP ladder. Behind him are Doncic and two-time reigning MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo. Doncic is turning 22 in February. If he wins it this year, he will tie Derrick Rose of becoming the youngest player to win an MVP Award.
