90 Day Fiance star Jihoon Lee has been away from his son Taeyang for quite some time now. Fans think that it’s unfair for Deavan Clegg to let Taeyang get carried by a different guy while she never let Jihoon talk to him. Due to this, a fan named Amanda Grayce Crosby had enough and decided to launch a fundraiser. The fundraiser will help Jihoon with his custody battle against Deavan. Now, Crosby revealed an update about the fundraiser. According to her, they finally hired a “well-capable” lawyer to help Jihoon.
90 Day Fiance: Jihoon Lee Now Has A Lawyer
According to Amanda Grayce Crosby, 90 Day Fiance star Jihoon Lee now has a “well-capable” lawyer named Joseph C. Alamilla. During an interview, Crosby said, “He is a family law attorney based in Utah where Deavan had filed all her paperwork.” She also said, “He took the case because Jihoon was about to lose all of his rights to his son this week, so Joe had filed a response.”
Crosby also revealed that if Jihoon’s lawyer didn’t file appropriately, everything that Deavan asked for would have been hers. Now, the tension is rising as Jihoon managed to challenge Deavan’s custody over Taeyang. Deavan and Jihoon had a lot of accusations against each other. Due to this, fans can expect a tight battle for the custody of Taeyang.
Jihoon’s Lawyer Won’t Wait For The Fundraiser To Reach Its Goal
Amanda Grayce Crosby revealed that 90 Day Fiance star Jihoon Lee won’t have to wait for his fundraiser to reach its goal. According to her, Jihoon’s lawyer Joseph C. Alamilla said that he’ll work while waiting for the money. It’s good news for Jihoon as the fundraiser may take some time before it reached its goal. At this point, Jihoon’s fundraiser has reached $3,145, which is still far from its goal of $50,000. However, Crosby revealed that they’re trying their best to promote Jihoon’s fundraiser as much as they can.
90 Day Fiance: Both Parties Remain Silent
90 Day Fiance stars Jihoon Lee and Deavan Clegg suddenly went silent on social media as tension rises in their custody battle over Taeyang. It appears that both parties have been preparing really hard. Deavan has been busy with her new boyfriend Topher Park before Jihoon acknowledged the fundraiser. She frequently posts pictures of Taeyang and Drascilla being carried by Park, showing that they’re comfortable when he’s around. Deavan has yet to reveal her comments about Jihoon’s fundraiser. Her recent post was a picture of her and her two kids in a local park with comments turned off.
