Recently we reported that Tiffany Franco lost a substantial amount of weight. She really did well, continuing to lose weight while being quarantined. In her photo, Tiffany posted she lost 20 lbs but it seems it went way beyond 20 lbs. Check out her before and after below. She literally looks half the size of her former self. 90 Day Fiance fans are still waiting patiently to hear whether husband Ronald Smith got his visa approved. They are on again off again with social media posts speaking divorce. Then later they are happily married so it is unclear whether they are going to make a go of married life in the United States. Tiffany and Ronald have two children a baby daughter together and Ronald’s stepson he calls his own.
