Rachael Kirkconnell Feels Matt James’ Regrets Split
Rachael Kirkconnell of The Bachelor is speaking out, and she feels like Matt James might regret their big split. It came as a shock to everyone including Rachael when Matt posted on Instagram that they were over.
Rachael Thinks Matt Regrets Split
Rachael spoke to US Weekly and she thinks that Matt might not be okay with his decision to split from her so fast. They actually split two months ago, but she is starting to talk more about it now. Here is what Rachael revealed:
“I definitely think it was still out of nowhere. And I do think that whether there was either some regret [regarding] the breakup in the first place — or at least the way that it was handled — that’s probably there [on his end] if I had to guess or if I had to say without saying.”

So is Rachael ready to move on and find love? Rachael feels like her split happened for a reason and maybe that is so she can find the love of her life. She revealed more saying:
“I’m a very firm believer in thinking that it was a blessing in disguise and everything happens for a reason, and that that’s just something that needed to happen in my life. I don’t even know for what reason, but I’m trusting it. I’m trusting the process. I’m doing good and things are OK. As sad as it is, it happens for a reason.”
Rachael Kirkconnell isn’t saying that she won’t find love again and is open to the idea. Jesse Palmer already shared that Matt James and Rachael are both welcome to join Bachelor In Paradise if they want to! It is always great to have a winner or a lead from a past season on the show. Of course, if they both joined that could cause some drama.
She did say that she isn’t sure if she can date someone from the franchise again, but Rachael also isn’t ruling it out. No answer yet on if she will join Bachelor In Paradise or not, but she isn’t saying “no” just yet.

She now wants to be with someone who has mutual respect with her. James once told her she didn’t have the qualities he saw in a wife. This could be part of why he ended up calling it quits with her on such a spur-of-the-moment decision.
