Flight Attendant Arrested After Partying Naked On Plane

Flight Attendant Arrested After Partying Naked
Most travelers see flight attendants welcome them aboard, give them emergency information, and serve them in-flight drinks and snacks. It is a tough job, as there are many responsibilities and an appearance to uphold. So, maybe the job gets to them a touch, and they get a little silly. Such is the case for a male British Airways steward who took the idea of taking a break to a whole other level. During a flight that took place on May 25th, a steward was MIA. Of course, this is very concerning as travelers expect a well-oiled machine.
The flight attendants noticed this steward’s absence when it was time to serve the in-flight meal. He was nowhere to be found, and then, a plane search began. The steward was soon found in the business class restroom, partying naked. He was dancing and having the time of his life while ignoring his flight duties. As soon as he was found, he was put in first-class pajamas and strapped in until they landed. Finally, once at London’s Heathrow Airport, authorities showed up to tend to the steward’s welfare.
He was soon taken to the hospital for an evaluation, but according to a colleague:
“We think the guy popped pills when he was meant to be working. It is an extraordinary thing to do.”
This crew member joked about how off his rocker the steward, 41, was, aside from being naked. It seemed to be the most incredible sight that had ever happened on a plane:
“The plane was cruising at 37,000 feet over the Atlantic, but this bloke seemed to be higher than anyone else. Not only is it really dangerous, it is a crazy way to end your [British Airways] career. This job can do ridiculous things to people, but staging a one-man disco in a Club World toilet is a new one on me.”
Currently, British Airways is not responding and stating that this is a police matter. However, this is a very interesting scene to behold.
What’s Next For The Steward?
As for what is next for the steward, where does he stand with his job? He has been suspended for the time being. The airline is investigating what went down on that interesting day. Would things be different if he were sober and just caught dancing? Was his being naked the straw that broke the camel’s back? This is a very strange but intriguing tale.
