Jana shocked the world after announcing she was married to Stephen Wissmann. Nobody knew she was already engaged. The Counting On alum confessed in an interview that her relationship with Stephen was on and off, adding that they only reconnected earlier this year. However, they wasted no time and eventually tied the knot on August 15. Since then, fans have been celebrating the newlyweds, especially Jana for breaking the curse as the oldest Duggar to remain single.
Jason is currently the next family member to get married. He recently announced that he’s now engaged to Maddie Grace. The two are expected to walk down the aisle next year. Jana’s return and all the celebrations made many people want them back to the small screens. But it seems far from happening due to the controversies they’ve faced following Josh’s imprisonment and Jim Bob’s alleged issues with the IRS.

Some Counting On fans on Reddit recently shared their thoughts on the Duggar girls being portrayed as the Mean Girls. According to the poster, Jill is most likely Cady Heron for being part of the controversial church and turning against them, which is almost the same as when Cady left the group. The poster then said that Jessa is Regina for being the “smuggest” of the sisters, while Jinger is Gretchen Wieners for being “suck-ups” with their families. Counting On: TLC Production Crew Spotted At Jana Duggar’s Wedding
While there’s no news about a possible TV comeback, some Reddit users from a different thread reacted to Jinger’s recent post during her time in Arkansas to celebrate Jana’s wedding. According to the poster, the Counting On alum shared pictures with some of the staff they used to work with. This created speculation that the network may have filmed Jana and Stephen’s nuptials. However, many pointed out that TLC would’ve released weeks ago or at least made an announcement if they would do a special episode with the family.
