Bringing Up Bates: Josie Bates Is Back On Business
Josie made headlines last month after rumors surfaced that she quit her business, Effortless Beauty. The speculation comes after several Redditors noticed that the Bringing Up Bates star is no longer part of the “team” photo on the website. However, she later shut down the speculations by endorsing her business again.
According to some, it’s possible that Josie hired more people for her business in order for her to focus more on her family. Kelton’s wife has also been trying to get herself back in shape. In May, she surprised many of her followers by going all out at the gym. But despite all the positive content, Josie can’t seem to escape criticism following her latest post.
Josie Scares Fans With Latest Activity
Some Redditors reacted to Josie’s recent IG Stories featuring their water adventures to celebrate Kelton’s birthday. The Bringing Up Bates star went tubing with Kelton and their kids. She even shared a clip of her two, Willow and Hazel, standing on top of the inflatable. This received a mixed reaction on Reddit, as Kelton and Josie Bates Balka seemingly put their kids’ lives in danger. Josie even shared a clip of Miles swimming on the lake. However, some defended the married couple and said that the kids were wearing proper safety gear.
- “Josie – please put your kids in proper lifejackets on boats and while tubing.”
- “Puddle jumpers are coast guard approved for boating and specifically NOT as an aid to learn to swim. They are a type III personal floatation device which means they don’t flip the wearer onto their back but do help them maintain an upright position. Type I PFDs turn most people face up and Type II PFDs turn some people face up. The coast guard does not approve swim aids.”
- “I believe the water wings- the little wing man- they have are an US coast guard type III approved life vest. (It says so on their website and Amazon)”
