During the last episode of Talk Back, Meri and her friend, Jenn, talked about her last goodbye with Kody. According to the Sister Wives star, they gave each other a hug as part of their farewell. “OK, legit. How many people hug at the end of their breakup conversation?” Meri asked Jenn. Moments later, the two laughed after Jenn said, “A high five would have been more appropriate. This is probably the most action she’s gotten from him in years.”
Nevertheless, Meri showed signs that she’s on the right path to moving on after years of suffering from “false hope” with the patriarch. The single mother claimed that there have been times when Kody tried to make her do different things, seemingly giving her hope that it would fix their marriage. According to the poster, the Sister Wives star hasn’t been treated like a wife for so long, yet she showed signs of wanting to fix her marriage, which resulted in people questioning why she’s still hanging on.
