My 600-lb Life Season 4 alum Brittani Fulfer is one of the inspiring cast members of the show. She had an incredible weight loss journey despite all the obstacles she’s been through, including depression. The Oregon native was featured in the show weighing 605 pounds. But with the help of Dr. Now, she was able to achieve her goals. Here’s what the former reality TV personality has been up to in 2023.
My 600-lb Life: Brittani Fulfer’s Difficult Past
Brittani began her binge eating to cope with the abuse she experienced as a child. Fortunately, she was able to find Dr. Now before things got worse. She had a gastric bypass and was able to lose 230 pounds during the show. She also found the strength to see a therapist, where she addressed her dark past. Fulfer is now living happily with her husband and has given birth to a baby boy in 2018.
Brittani Fulfer Continues To Document Weight Loss Journey
Brittani Fulfer has also kept in touch with her fans on social media. She has uploaded photos featuring the incredible results of her weight loss journey. Some even think she’s unrecognizable compared to what she looked like during the reality show. The My 600-lb Life alum was able to shed almost 400 pounds with the help of a strict diet and regular exercise. Additionally, she had a skin removal, which removed 27 pounds from her weight. Many were also stunned when she uploaded a photo of herself in a bikini with scars from her surgery visible on her legs.

My 600-lb Life: Brittani Fulfer Continues To Battle Depression
Aside from her weight loss journey, Brittani has also been sharing updates regarding her battle against depression. She has undergone Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, which stimulates nerve cells in the brain to battle such medical illness. The former My 600-lb Life has also been sharing motivational messages online, showing her dedication to staying positive in life.
Brittani Fulfer has shown how strong she is by battling depression and rehabbing from her surgeries at the same time. TLC also released a YouTube video last month featuring the achievements she has made since appearing in 2016.
