My 600-lb Life Season 8 introduced Julius Clark as the second-heaviest survivor in the show. He had a 100-lb lymphedema mass on his leg, making it difficult for him to move. He also admitted to being addicted to food. However, his bad habit backfired on him as his girlfriend left him when things became too hard to handle.

My 600-lb Life: Julius Clark Continued His Journey Behind Cameras
Julius had to proceed with a strict diet to help with his weight loss. He was able to lose 126 pounds from his controlled meals alone. However, Dr. Now motivated him even further in order for him to undergo surgery. After his girlfriend left him, the My 600-lb Life alum got help from his cousin, Blair. He was able to drop 400 pounds since his weight loss operation.
The 35-year-old has also been active on social media, especially Facebook. He has shared photos featuring his slim face. Additionally, it seems playing video games is one of his pastimes during his weight loss journey. TLC has also shared before-and-after photos of him online, showing that he’s still aiming for his goals after the show.
Julius Finally Underwent Lymphedema Removal Surgery
Julius has kept in touch with his fans regarding his lymphedema surgery. Back in February 2023, the My 600-lb Life alum sought help on Facebook as he tried to look for a ride in Houston to get to his surgery. He later told his fans, “It’s finally happening. 15 long years” in the comments section. Julius Clark remained silent regarding the results of his surgery. But many believe that it was a success and he’s now in recovery, especially given how he posts positive content online.
My 600-lb Life: Is Julius Clark In A Relationship?
It is not known if Julius Clark ever found love again after breaking up with his girlfriend, Jessica. There are reports that the My 600-lb Life alum didn’t treat her well, resulting in their split. In December 2022, the former reality TV star shared that he was feeling depressed. He also added a cryptic message saying, “It hurts to say I miss you.” It’s unclear if it’s for his ex or for another woman. But his Facebook profile shows that he’s currently single.
