According to some, several Duggars have already given birth but it doesn’t seem to fit the timeline to be the 29th Duggar grandkid. One of them is Jill Duggar, who gave birth to Frederick in July last year. Hannah Duggar also gave birth last year, but it was never confirmed that her child was the 29th grandkid of Jim Bob Duggar and Michelle Duggar. There are also speculations that Abbie may have given birth to the 29th Duggar grandkid back in September, although it was confirmed that Charlie was the 27th Duggar grandkid.
Fans Think Lauren Secretly Gave Birth
Counting On fans also think that Lauren Duggar may have secretly given birth to the 29th Duggar grandkid. Apparently, there have been clips and pictures of Lauren and Josiah Duggar carrying an unknown baby. The mystery child was never brought up by the two. Josiah and Lauren have also left social media for good. They deleted all of their photos online, and fans are curious about what forced them to step away.

Counting On fans are also making theories that Jim Bob Duggar may have miscalculated the number of his grandkids. It’s known that Jim Bob told Joy-Anna Duggar that her upcoming baby will be his 30th grandkid. Some fans think it may actually be his 29th. “Seeing how he can’t remember the grandkids he currently has, I bet he miss-counted,” one person said. ” “At this point, I just think he either miscounted or found out about Katey’s pregnancy sooner,” another person added.
Nevertheless, it’s clear that the number of Duggars is only growing as the years go by. Fans are excited for Joy-Anna, who’s expected to give birth around May 2023.
