In a social media post, Counting On star Jill Duggar shared an update regarding Derick Dillard’s job. According to Jill, Derick is now a licensed attorney in both Arkansas and Oklahoma. Jill also revealed that Derick is excited to work in public service as a prosecutor in Stillwell, Oklahoma. It’s clear to see that Derick’s hard work is finally paying off. Fans also took Jill’s comment section to congratulate her husband. However, some noticed the awkward silence of some Duggars, especially Jill’s parents, Jim Bob Duggar and Michelle Duggar.
The Duggars Remain Silent For Derick’s Success
At this point, Counting On fans have yet to see any Duggar congratulating Derick Dillard for his big achievement. Apparently, the Duggars usually celebrate whenever someone in the family achieved something great. However, it seems that Derick hasn’t been in touch with most of the Duggars due to Jill Duggar’s estrangement. It’s known that Jill hasn’t talked to her parents for years. There are also reports stating that Derick is still planning on writing a tell-all book that will expose Jim Bob and Michelle’s wrongdoing, and some believe it’s one of the main reasons why nobody is acknowledging his recent success.

Counting On star Jill Duggar also took social media to share an emotional message about her unborn child, River Bliss. Apparently, it’s been a year since Jill’s miscarriage at River Bliss. However, Jill revealed that she will always miss the moments she never had with her child. “I miss the moments we never had with River, yet I feel so so thankful for where we are this year holding our sweet little newborn & I do not take for granted what a blessing this journey of motherhood is,” Some fans also took Jill’s comment section to share their sympathy for her loss. Jill ended her post with a heartfelt message for River Bliss. “I miss you & I’ll love you forever! -mama,” Jill added.
