Josie Duggar isn’t the same little girl fans know from 19 Kids & Counting! She’s growing up quickly. On Wednesday, the Duggar family shared a few new pictures of their youngest daughter, and fans can barely recognize her.
Who is Josie Duggar?
Josie is the youngest of the 19 Duggar kids. Fans may remember her birth, which was featured on the family’s show. Josie was born prematurely at 25 weeks gestation, so she spent some time in the NICU. Now, it looks like she’s doing very well. She’s 11 years old now.

As mentioned, Josie was born very early and weighed about a pound at birth. The family shared a throwback photo of the baby girl on Instagram, talking about her birth. They reflect on that challenging time, writing, “By God’s grace Josie and our whole family made it through!”

As she’s grown up, the family has shared plenty of photos of her on social media. She has several sisters who are close to her in age, so she’s always had friends to grow up with.

Now, on Wednesday, the family shared a couple of new photos of Josie at 11 years old. She’s showing off her St. Patrick’s Day lunch, which is green. The little girl is all decked out in green as she poses and smiles for the camera. In the second photo, she’s making a silly face.

Counting On fans can’t believe how much she’s grown
In the comments section of the post, fans are weighing in and talking about how different Josie looks. It’s been a little while since fans have seen a new photo of her, so they are especially shocked. Plus, new episodes of Counting On aren’t airing, so there’s not a good way for fans to keep up with the family outside of social media.
