Counting On star Joy-Anna Duggar has been enjoying her life of being a mother of two. Joy-Anna recently went headlines after sharing her son Gideon’s insane mess. Apparently, Gideon scattered oatmeals and coffees in their pantry. This wasn’t the first time Joy-Anna left one of her kids alone. In a social media post, a fan shared a photo where Evelyn was left all alone on the couch. Fans slammed Joy-Anna by saying that she’s irresponsible for putting her baby in danger. Now, Joy-Anna raised some eyebrows after she revealed that she tested positive for Covid-19 while she’s pregnant with her daughter Evelyn.
Counting On: Joy-Anna Tested Positive For Covid-19 While Pregnant With Second Child
In a social media post, Counting On star Joy-Anna Duggar revealed that she tested positive for Covid-19 while pregnant with daughter Evelyn. “Yes, Austin and I both tested positive for Covid last year. I was still pregnant with Evelyn”, she said. Joy-Anna also revealed their symptoms. According to her, she and her husband felt body aches, slight fever, and loss of taste and smell. Fortunately, both of them recovered quickly before Joy-Anna gives birth.
It appears that Joy-Anna got very lucky that she recovered quickly. According to research, pregnancy increases the risk of having a severe illness with Covid-19. Joy-Anna didn’t reveal how she contracted the virus. However, she’s been going out a lot with her friends during her pregnancy with Evelyn. Joy-Anna also went camping with Austin and his parents in Arkansas. After that, Joy-Anna had a baby shower with at least 20 people and most of them weren’t wearing a face mask.
The Duggars Loves Huge Gatherings
Counting On stars Jim Bob Duggar and Michelle Duggar previously went headlines after hosting a huge New Year’s Eve party in their home. One of the guests shared several clips on social media showing how the Duggars violated the Covid-19 health and safety protocols. Apparently, The Duggars and their guests were seen signing a religious song in a huge living room with not a mask in sight. The Duggars barely uploaded any pictures or clips about their New Year’s Eve party. Fans think that the family hid it to avoid issues on social media.
Counting On: Joy-Anna & Austin Continues To Go Out Maskless
Counting On stars Joy-Anna Duggar and Austin Forsyth have been enjoying their lives as parents. However, it appears that they still haven’t learned anything about the Covid-19 protocols. The two have been sharing pictures of them outside without wearing a face mask. Austin was also called “irresponsible” after obtaining his skydiving certification while being a father of two. One fan said, “He has 2 children and an unskilled, minimally educated wife who all depend on him so this seems irresponsible.”
