People Magazine’s “Sexiest Man Alive 2020” Michael B. Jordan is feeling “thankful.” Everyone has had a terrible year. The coronavirus pandemic continues to grip the U.S. and much of the world by storm. It’s difficult for most people to feel grateful as they feel isolated and alone.

But the Black Panther star is showing gratitude this season. And it’s not because of his “Sexiest Man Alive” title. While Michael knows how difficult 2020 was, he says it has given him the opportunity to “be more thankful.” The actor shared the inspiring message with his followers on social media.

“Sexiest Man Alive” credits 2020 for allowing him to “be thankful”

Michael B. Jordan is sending love to his followers this Thanksgiving weekend. On Friday, November 27, the 33-year-old shared a touching post on Instagram. The Fahrenheit star revealed what he’s most grateful for. However, he understands how tough this year has been on everyone.

“This year has really done a number on our lives,” he wrote in the lengthy caption. “It’s given us the opportunity to reflect & be more thankful and appreciative of everything.”

Michael said he’s thankful for his friends and family. Of course, the former soap star is also grateful for his fans and followers. He concluded his post by “Sending love & light” to his 15.4 million followers. Michael’s Thanksgiving post received over 1.3 million likes and over 5,000 comments.

Earlier this month, Michael B. Jordan told People that he hopes “to be directing a little more, acting less [and] producing a lot more” in the near future. As to what he’s looking forward to most in the next 10 years, the All My Children alum said that growth is the most important thing.

“Just growing, whatever the next evolution of me is,” he explained. “Hopefully, [I’ll have] a family by then, I’m going to throw that in the universe. I want to make an impact all over the world and not just through the roles that I play.”

Michael is already gearing for his next role. He will star as a former Navy Seal-turned-CIA operator in Tom Clancy’s upcoming film, Without Remorse. Not only does he want to work behind the camera, but he also wants to focus on advocacy more. He used his platform to encourage Americans to vote in the 2020 presidential election. In addition, Michael’s Outlier Society Productions will continue its work on diversity in the entertainment industry.

Michael B. Jordan wants to open his OnlyFans account

The Los Angeles-based actor has other ambitions. Michael B. Jordan previously announced that he wants to join the popular content-sharing platform OnlyFans. He made the promise during his appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live. But it won’t be filled with nudes, instead, it’ll be dedicated to his mustache.

“I never had time to actually sit in one place and grow my facial hair where I didn’t have to get it groomed, or manicured, or anything like that,” Michael B. Jordan said. “So, during quarantine, I just wanted to see how much hair I could actually grow. His name is Murphy. We call him Murph for short. Got an OnlyFans coming soon – eating fruit, all types of crazy stuff, it’s going to get wild.”

But he wants to do it for a good cause. The proceeds will support local businesses and barbershops that shut down during the pandemic. He made Jimmy Kimmel laugh when he said his mustache could easily make $250,000 a year. Michael would join a long list of celebrities with OnlyFans accounts, including Aaron Carter, Amber Rose, Bella Thorne, Cardi B, Sonja Morgan, Tyga, among others.
