Has Missing OceanGate Titanic ‘Titan’ Sub Run Out Of Air?

Per multiple media outlets, the US Coast Guard has confirmed the missing submarine would run out of air this morning. While it is a bit difficult to nail down the exact timeline, it is being estimated that between 6 and 7 A.M. EST, the five passengers would officially run out of the 96 hours of oxygen. Unfortunately, the time is now 7:30 A.M. EST and that means the U.S. Coastguard believes the passengers have run out of oxygen. Sadly, this means the search has officially shifted from a rescue mission to a recovery missing.

Oxygen May Have Not Lasted 96-Hours, Why?

Now, there are all sorts of experts coming forward to interview with outlets and/or to speak on TikTok about the missing submarine. Many experts admit there is a very real possibility the passengers ran out of air long before the 96-hour window passed. Some experts are speculating that if the submarine lost power when it lost its ability to communicate, it is possible the CO2 scrubber failed to function. This problem would have eventually caused the passengers to suffocate with nowhere for the carbon dioxide to go.

Likewise, there were also some serious concerns about the stability and safety of the submarine as it was reportedly built from scrap material. Some experts are saying there is a very real chance they are having trouble finding the vessel because it imploded under pressure as it dove down to the Titanic wreckage.

It has been reported the search for the vessel will continue despite the belief the passengers are now officially out of air. Keep coming back to Entertainment Chronicle for updates on this tragic situation.
