90 Day Fiance star Tigerlily Abdelfattah has been living her life as a mother to her first child with Adnan. The two announced their pregnancy on the December 22, 2024, episode of 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days. Since then, the 41-year-old has documented her pregnancy journey until she gave birth and showed her baby boy, Zeyn, to the public. 90 Day Fiance: Tigerlily Abdelfattah’s Baby Journey With Adnan
Tigerlily and Adnan married in September 2023, which is also the same year they started dating. It only took the couple four months before meeting in person. Tigerlily flew to Jordan to meet her man, where they tied the knot right after she landed in his country. Many were surprised by the couple’s decision and believed that it was a recipe for disaster.
However, they became one of the most successful couples in the latest season of 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days. They eventually went to Turkey for a “baby-making trip,” and Tigerlily experienced lower abdominal pressure just two weeks after the trip.
Tigerlily Pregnant With Baby Second Baby With Adnan?
Some fans on social media are speculating that Tigerlily Abdelfattah is expecting a second child with Adnan. This comes after the 90 Day Fiance star uploaded now-deleted photos with Adnan, seemingly looking like she has a baby bump. This led to numerous comments asking if she was carrying a child. But Tigerlily didn’t interact with them. Instead, she wiped out her social media page, raising suspicions even further.

90 Day Fiance: Tigerlily Abdelfattah Answers Fan Questions
Tigerlily also took to social media to answer some questions following her decision to delete all her photos. According to the 90 Day Fiance star, she was simply revamping her page, adding that she got rid of their collaboration posts. The reasons behind it are unclear, but it may be related to an upcoming project. Tigerlily also answered a fan asking if she’s having a child again. She said, “InshAllah,” showing that the doors to having more kids with Adnan are open.
TLC has yet to share if Tigerlily and Adnan Abdelfattah will return for another season. Adnan gained some support despite his controversies during the Tell-All after calling out some cast members for their wrongdoings, especially Niles and Brian.
