Bringing Up Bates: Michaela Bates Stuns In Holiday Photo
One of Michaela’s latest IG posts was her Christmas picture with her husband, Brandon. The Bringing Up Bates stars took a photo in a field of snow wearing their holiday sweaters. Michaela left many fans in awe of her stunning appearance. She captioned her post, “Merry Christmas from the Keilens! Today we celebrate the birth of the greatest gift ever given—Emmanuel, God with us. May His love and peace fill your heart today as you rejoice in the beauty of what Christmas truly means!!!”

Michaela Announce Shocking 2025 Changes
Some Redditors react to Michaela Bates Keilen’s latest YouTube video featuring her announcement regarding her future content. According to the Bringing Up Bates star, she won’t upload videos this month. She and Brandon will also do a bi weekly schedule of YouTube videos. But what caught the attention of many was when Michaela revealed that they were “dropping” the kids out of their content. The two didn’t exactly share what it meant. However, some Reddit users think Micheala and Brandon will no longer make art projects or YouTube videos with younger children to respect their privacy.
- “Dropping the content aimed towards kids, like crafting and Bible stories. No one watched them. The videos about their lives did much better. Based on how YouTube’s algorithm works, those poorly performing videos hurt the channel.”
- “I know they mentioned earlier they were moving towards vlogging. They spend a ton of time with their nieces and nephews, so I’m not sure how they could avoid filming the kids altogether unless it’s all Bible/spiritual content.”
- “Seems like they are looking to boost their YouTube and start making more money which is smart. If you look at their YouTube their arts and craft kid videos have 3-5,000 views where their videos about their life have anywhere from 30,000-100,000 plus views. Obviously people are more interested in that content so that’s what they will be doing going forward.”
- “Very interesting. It seems The whole Bates family is doing an intentional, coordinated pivot away from featuring their kids on their social media. Wonder why now and who’s next.”
Bringing Up Bates: More Family Members Are Making Big Changes This Year
Aside from Michaela, Alyssa Bates Webster also took to YouTube to say goodbye to their channel. The Bringing Up Bates star revealed that they won’t be making videos anymore because their kids are starting to get bigger. She added that Allie has been reading negative comments about her, and they wanted to avoid it as much as possible. Alyssa clarified that they’d still occasionally upload videos and that she’d keep everyone in touch on social media.
