They’re known for being long-time family friends of the Duggar family. Many of Gil and Kelly Jo’s children remain in touch with some of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar’s kids today, though it was speculated that their relationship would deteriorate after the nasty scandals that the Duggar family faced. But Jana’s wedding tells a different story.

Several Reddit threads featuring photos of some Bates family members at Jana and Stephen’s wedding were recently launched. One of the first couples that fans spotted was Michaela and Brandon Keilen. The Bringing Up Bates star herself even took to IG Stories to share a beautiful clip with the bride. Nathan and Esther Bates were also seen during the dance clip of the newlyweds. Some fans saw Katie and Travis admiring the couple as well.

Jackson and his wife, Emerson, also attended the wedding. But it’s unclear if Gil and Kelly Jo were at the ceremony. Meanwhile, many fans are glad that Michaela and Jana still see each other today. Others even recalled that Jana was at Michaela’s wedding in 2015 as a bridesmaid.

Bringing Up Bates: Jana Duggar’s Alleged Courtship With A Bates
In 2019, Jana was allegedly rumored to be dating Lawson Bates. The speculation began when Lawson began traveling back and forth to Arkansas. However, nothing was ever revealed, and Lawson eventually dated Tiffany, who’s now his wife. They welcomed their first child last month.
It was also reported that Lawson had breakdowns when his relationship with Jana Duggar didn’t push through. Many people also hoped for the two to be a couple, as they could’ve been the first Duggar-Bates union.
