Bringing Up Bates stars Michael and Brandon Keilen are back with exciting news for their fans. They just launched their YouTube channel. It seems that the two are trying to follow in the footsteps of some of the married couples who have been thriving on the streaming platform. However, some Reddit users are worried about the two. Keep reading to see what they have to say about their newest page.
Bringing Up Bates: Michael Bates’ Miscarriage
In February 2023, Michael did a Q&A on Instagram and shared one of the most heartbreaking news stories of her life. According to the Bringing Up Bates star, she suffered a miscarriage and confirmed that she has a baby in heaven. She also added she was having second thoughts about sharing her pregnancy story with the public. But it seems the 33-year-old couldn’t help but express how heartbroken she was about her loss.
I don’t know if I could ever express the joy of seeing 2 pink lines or the bliss of our first ultrasound, nor could I communicate the grief and heartbreak of loss. We never got to meet our little one here on earth but the joy she brought us is unmatched!
Fans Worry For Michael & Brandon’s YouTube Channel
Some Redditors reacted to Michael Bates and Brandon Keilen’s recent announcement about their YouTube channel. According to one commenter, they’re hoping that she’s going to turn off the comments section in her channel to avoid rude and insensitive comments regarding her infertility.
I think this could be a good outlet for her but only if she turns off comments. People have an astonishing lack of decency towards infertile women and and it hurts more than just Michaela to see those comments and suggestions.
Others agreed and hoped people would try to avoid asking questions about her pregnancy and plans to have a child. Some also speculated that the two would take their channel seriously, similar to other Bates.
- “Yeah they should turn off the comments I can’t help but HOPE she sees her sisters securing the bag and somehow convinced Brandon this can be a ministry too! They will be like Erin and Chad but will Be interesting to see since their angle,” one Reddit user said.
- “I am excited for new content lol (I can’t with Trace and Lawson’s snoozefests). Brandon’s bumbling awkwardness is somehow a lot easier to watch than Trace trying to be a big man,” another person added.
Bringing Up Bates: What Was In Michael & Brandon Keilen’s YouTube Video?
The first YouTube video that Michael uploaded was a 3-minute drawing video of how Jesus was born. A child was also narrating the sketch. Some Redditors from the same thread also assumed that the man drawing was Brandon. The Bringing Up Bates stars also turned off their comments section.
It’s unclear if their channel is going to be focused on biblical stories. But some Reddit users speculate that they may have launched the channel for future vlogs and big announcements as well.
