Sister Wives star Kody Brown has already received plenty of criticism early in Season 17. Many are upset by how Kody has been handling their struggles in Flagstaff. Some think it seems like he almost doesn’t care about his other families as long as he’s with Robyn Brown. Fans are also upset by Kody’s response to Christine’s desire to leave. Fans have speculated that he’s trying to change the narrative to try and fix his reputation.

Sister Wives fans from Reddit shared their thoughts on Kody’s behavior after the 4th episode of Season 17. Many believe that Kody is trying to change the narrative on Christine Brown by making her look like she’s eager to step away from the plural family and not working things out.
“Kody has already changed the narrative that Christine divorced him because she wanted to go to Utah and not because he was a completely feckless husband,” another person added. Viewers believe he’s just trying to save all the reputation he has left after getting exposed a lot in Season 17.
Fans Think Kody Is Only Exposing Himself Even Further
Sister Wives fans also think Kody Brown is only exposing himself even further with his actions throughout Season 17. Aside from his lack of effort to make Christine stay, fans were also upset after he decided not to go with Meri Brown to her dying mother.
Not to mention, he still hasn’t come up with a plan to bring back his family together. Instead, he’s been trying his best to stay with Robyn Brown for health and safety protocols. Fans believe it is just making his unfair relationship with Robyn more obvious.
Sister Wives: Kody Brown Continues To Neglect Meri In The Upcoming Episode
TLC has released the description for the 5th episode of Season 17. Apparently, the upcoming episode will show Kody Brown telling Meri that she should just move to Utah and handle her B&B full-time. TLC also revealed that Meri felt hurt about what Kody said, but Sister Wives fans believe it clearly indicates that Kody no longer cares about Meri.
Viewers are starting to become more upset with Kody as he continues to hurt the feelings of his other wives. The fifth episode of Season 17 will likely only show the plural family unraveling even further.
