Sister Wives star Kody Brown received tons of criticism early in Season 17. Apparently, viewers don’t like how Kody handles the plural family. According to some, Kody doesn’t seem to care that much about the other wives except for Robyn Brown. Some also think Kody’s favoritism towards Robyn is becoming more obvious in Season 17. But it’s not the only thing fans are upset about. Recently, TLC shared a clip where Janelle Brown told Kody about an offer she got from her rental home. However, fans think Kody made excuses to avoid spending money for Janelle, and many are frustrated by his acts.
Sister Wives: Kody Brown Slammed For Being An Unhelpful Husband
In a social media post, TLC released a new clip from the latest episode of Sister Wives. The clip shows Janelle Brown’s conversation with Kody Brown regarding an offer she got from her rental home. Apparently, Janelle told Kody about the offer in the hopes that Kody would buy the rental house for her. However, Kody seemingly rejected Janelle’s idea and told her that he’d rather build than actually buy. Moments later, Kody reminded Janelle about his building plans, showing that he’s still thinking bigger picture despite their financial struggles. Janelle also showed frustration about not having a house.
After that, Janelle ended up deciding to buy an RV, and fans felt sad about it. “Why is Kody so UNHELPFUL???!!!??? So frustrating to watch!” one fan said. “The very fact that he’s thinking bigger picture. When they need homes. Makes me think he never wants to get this done. I don’t think they have the money to finish,” another fan added.
Fans Sympathize With Janelle Brown
Sister Wives fans also feel bad for Janelle Brown for ending up in an RV. According to some, Janelle’s life during her RV days was clearly challenging. Janelle herself also revealed that Savanah struggled to live in the RV, which is one of the main reasons they moved to another rental home again. Meanwhile, fans are hoping that Kody will finally do something to give Janelle a better life. But some doubt it and said that Kody hasn’t been paying attention to his other families for years.
Sister Wives: Fans Think Janelle Brown Has Been Stepping Away
Sister Wives fans also think Janelle Brown has been showing signs of wanting to leave the plural family. According to some, Janelle’s support for Christine Brown’s departure alone clearly indicates that she’s aware of how bad the situation has become. Janelle has been spending a lot of time with Christine lately as well. Apparently, the two have been promoting the same diet program. They even went to Hawaii with some of their kids.
