Sister Wives star Meri Brown surfaced this weekend with a social media message that works well for either Robyn Brown or a fast-food burger. She probably wasn’t talking about a Big Mac. So, Meri Brown must be directing her thoughts at people today in her latest Instagram cryptic message.
Sister Wives: Who is Meri Brown Pointing the Finger at Today?
According to the first wife of the Sister Wives‘ tribe, being liked is one thing. But being valued is yet another. She goes on to say “a lot of people like you” but “not many value you”. The final message she attempts to get across is … “be valued”.
She could have been referring to herself, as she is a popular reality show personality. Maybe she attempts to say that she’d trade being liked by the masses for being valued by the ones around her. Basically her family members. Or this quote could be a message she attempts to pass on to someone else. Maybe someone within her own Sister Wives family.
Of course, there’s always a chance she was stuck in a fast-food drive-thru and saw the Value Meal menu then ran with it. So what or who is Meri Brown talking about?
Is It Kody Brown?
Is it the Sister Wives patriarch that Meri Brown had in mind when posting this quote? Maybe because he concentrates too much on being liked by the masse when he should focus on being valued by family?
His four wives constantly sing his praises. They have nothing but nice things to say about Kody even after something he said brings them to tears.
Meri Brown, Janelle Brown, Christine Brown, and Robyn Brown have all praised their shared Sister Wives husband. At one time or another each has said how they value Kody as a father and a husband. But in the last few seasons it was like he had his own agenda. He even questioned if plural marriage still works for him.
So while Kody Brown concentrates on being liked by the audience, perhaps he overlooks his family and the value he holds for them. Is Meri attempting to reel him in so he can see who really matters in his life?
Sister Wives: Is Meri Brown Suggesting a Co-Wive Needs to See Her Value?
Out of all four of the Sister Wives ladies, it appears that one is not as well-liked as the others. Robyn Brown said it herself that fans look at her as a homewrecker still to this day. Despite being part of the Sister Wives plural marriage for over a decade, fans still see her as friction to the other wives.
Robyn Brown, who mysteriously disappeared from posting online after the end of the last season, doesn’t like social media. She’s found the bullying and hate are sometimes too hard to take. Even when she doesn’t post online, comments about “Sobbin Robyn” pop up.
Besides being Robyn’s sister-wife, Meri Brown is also her best friend. So, she’might have the fourth wife from the Sister Wives clan in mind with this post. Robyn herself admits she feels attacked on social media. It also bothers her that she’s not liked for the mistaken notion that she wants Kody all to herself.
Another Open-Ended Cryptic Message
So, just maybe Meri attempts to make things clear for her Sister Wives best buddy. Robyn is valued by Kody Brown and the wives, so why worry about the Sister Wives fans liking her. There are many people out there who are well-liked but valued by no one or just a few.
In Robyn’s case, she’s luckier than most people. She has a huge family with four spouses and 18 kids who value her. So maybe Meri attempts to underplay being liked by showing Robyn it’s the value she holds for her family that really matters.
Then again, a lot of people like a hamburger but underestimate those value meals. So maybe it was just Meri’s appetite that spawned the use of the quote. As you can see, Meri is at her cryptic messages once again after taking a break from these kind of posts.
At least with the other wives, like Janelle, there’s no need to wonder what her post is all about. Lately, she is star-gazing and that’s it. There’s no hidden meaning in her posts.
Like the other messages Meri Brown posted in the past, you can assign many assumptions to her words. This one covers multiple possibilities. Although there are several examples here, we still probably didn’t hit on who she targeted with her liked vs. valued post.
