’90 Day Fiance’: Charlie Potthast Defends Bad Behavior – Apologizes?

90 Day Fiance star Elizabeth Potthast had her incredible wedding ceremony recently in Moldova. This was her second wedding with her now-husband Andrei Castravet.

During the ceremony, things get a little awkward as Elizabeth’s brother, Charlie Potthast, stole the mic from their father and started throwing words at Andrei. It’s no secret that Andrei has been having some heated arguments with Elizabeth’s family. Especially when they tried to dig into Andrei’s past.

Things even got worse when Andrei told Elizabeth that her father, Chuck, will be responsible for all the bills for their second wedding. Andrei believes that he already did his part when he paid for their first marriage in America. So, now he thinks it’s reasonable enough for Elizabeth’s father to pay for the second gala event.

During their recent episode in 90 Day Fiance, Elizabeth Potthast looks extremely worried when her brother, Charlie Potthast starts to get drunk. Charlie began dancing randomly and starts to mumble at their table during the wedding ceremony.

Then, seemingly in a stupor, he starts to toss out harsh words against the groom, Andrei Castravet. Of course, Andrei is there feeling proud, as this expensive event is attended by his friends and family. But now his new brother-in-law is embarrassing him.

Charlie starts calling Andrei the king of Moldova. He also lets everyone know that Andrei is nothing in America. There’s even a time where Charlie stole the mic from his father, Chuck, and told Andrei to stop asking money to his father.

To add insult to injury, this brother-in-law warns Andrei to get it together when he comes to America. Luckily, Elizabeth ended her brother’s drunken speech by purposely applauding before things got worse.

Charlie Potthast Publicly Apologize For Embarrassing Behavior

In an Instagram post, Charlie Potthast apologized to everyone for his improper behavior during the previous episodes of 90 Day Fiance. This includes his actions at his sister’s wedding.

According to Charlie, all families have drama and that nobody is perfect. So, this was his excuse. He also posted a picture along with his entire family including Andrei Castravet. Charlie also said that they had a great time celebrating the birthday of their dad, Chuck Potthast.

This could mean that Charlie is finally cooling down with Andrei. However, fans are saying that Charlie’s actions during his sister’s wedding were nearly unforgivable. A fan also pointed out that Charlie is just jealous because of how his father supports Elizabeth.

90 Day Fiance star Andrei Castravet has had created some suspicion about himself during the show. He once told Elizabeth Potthast a little bit about his past at one point before they get married. According to Andrei, he once worked as an investigator. But he didn’t like how things work around his job, which caused him to leave for good.

However, Charlie and Chuck don’t seem satisfied with Andrei’s past. They are eager to know more about him as he seemed to leave Moldova too fast. Aside from that, Charlie didn’t like how Andrei doesn’t have a job and expected Chuck to support them financially. And… the beat goes on with this very interesting 90 Day Fiance couple.
