’90 Day Fiance’ celebs Deavan Clegg and Jihoon Lee have been going through some rough times recently. Jihoon, who currently lives in Korea, went off on Instagram as he defends himself from his wife’s scandalous accusations. According to the TLC star, Deavan left with their baby without having his consent.
Deavan, on the other hand, said her husband blocked her from all his social media accounts. Jihoon admitted that he did block her, but its only to keep his mind from experiencing all the stress. And now, he’s sharing more details about his split from his American wife.
90 Day Fiance: Jihoon Has Not Signed Divorce Papers Still Legally Married
In an Instagram post, Jihoon claimed he didn’t sign or even start the procedure for their divorce yet. The 90 Day Fiance star added that Deavan Clegg left and brought Taeyang away without his consent. In South Korea, it is a legal matter if one parent just takes a child out of the country. It seems Jihoon needs to get an attorney if he wants to see his child anytime soon. The website Travel.State.Gov specifies the laws about taking children out of the country with parental consent.

Jihoon Lee Urged By Fans To File Legal Case Against Wife
Deavan Clegg admitted that she was dating another guy while married to Jihoon Lee. So now fans urge the 90 Day Fiance star to file a legal case against his wife. Many also pointed out that Deavan is playing the victim even though she’s the one who’s dating Topher Park.
South Korea was known for its strict law up until 2015. Citizens of South Korea have been imprisoned due to adultery in the past. Luckily for Deavan laws have changed.
