Dog Found Stuck In Hole After Vehicle Fires, Missing Over A Month

A dog was found in a hole after a car caught on fire. The dog was missing for over a month before she was found. This was a miracle, and the people who rescued her agree. The West Springfield Fire Department in Massachusetts responded to a car fire. The vehicle blew up in flames.

“This afternoon, WSFD and Chicopee FD responded to a vehicle fire on Interstate 91. One vehicle was fully involved, and the fire ruptured the gas tank, which spilled gasoline onto the roadway and was heading towards storm drains. The driver was removed from the vehicle, and the fire was extinguished. The occupant was transported to a local hospital with burns and smoke inhalation. They are expected to survive, and the injuries are considered to be non-life-threatening,”

While it is good that the driver is not hurt, another miracle happened that day. They were searching for fuel in storm drains. However, when they came upon a hole, they found a dog. She was black and white and posed with one of the emergency responders. She looked glad to be out of the hole.

“We don’t know how she ended up in there or how long she’d been in there. I don’t think there had been a single sighting yet, until that moment when the car caught on fire. I think winning the lottery would be better odds than us finding a dog that we weren’t looking for,”

They took the dog to the vet to get care and see if it had an owner. The dog turned out to be Ally, who had been missing from her loving home for over a month. The firefighters revealed that they could not imagine finding a dog they weren’t looking for and that it was a miracle. This does not happen often, and if the car had not caught on fire, they would have never found her. It is unknown how long Ally was stuck in the hole. However, she looked glad to be out. Now she is back with her owners in her warm house with food and water. People are glad that she was found before she had any injuries or death.
