’90 Day Fiance’ Jasmine Pineda Undergoes Emergency Surgery
90 Day Fiance star Jasmine Pineda has been documenting her life with her newborn daughter, Matilda. She welcomed her first child with Matt Brains on March 21, 2025. Baby Matilda is also Jasmine’s third child. Her two kids are currently in Panama, though she previously shared her plans to bring them to the U.S. Jasmine has also been thriving since her chaotic split with Gino Palazzolo. But she surprised her followers after sharing a major health crisis as she underwent emergency surgery. Keep reading to see what happened.
90 Day Fiance: How’s Jasmine Pineda Today?
Jasmine is back with her usual social media routines of uploading bikini photos. It didn’t take that long before the 90 Day Fiance star got back to the gym. She has also been sharing adorable photos with her baby girl. But Jasmine continues to face criticism for how she ended up having a child with a man from her “open relationship,” which is something that Gino never agreed with. Jasmine assures her fans that Matt is a far different person from Gino. She even took to social media to share his incredible efforts following her emergency surgery.
Jasmine Undergoes Emergency Surgery
In a social media post, Jasmine Pineda shared photos of her swollen face. According to the 90 Day Fiance star, she just had emergency surgery on one of her teeth. She added that her gums got “so messed up” during her pregnancy. Jasmine then revealed that she had called Matt, yelling in pain. He came home and set her up for an endodontist appointment.
She also shared that Matt watched over their daughter while she was getting her surgery. She continued, “I’ve been sleeping the whole afternoon til now! You’re the best Matt! I appreciate you so much.” Some fans on social media also reacted to Jasmine’s post. Some said that she’d take the opportunity to open a fundraiser following her surgery, while others sympathized with her struggles.

This wasn’t the first time Jasmine Pineda shared a painful journey. Recently, the 90 Day Fiance star shared her birth story, in which she revealed how she endured five hours of pain during labor. She even shared a photo during her labor where she hugs Matt due to the pain she was experiencing. She continued, “I endured 5 hours of pain during labor but it was worth every minute to hold my sweet angel in my arms. And just like that, I feel the most powerful woman ever after birthing her!”
