The Bringing Up Bates star put a simple caption in her post, saying, “COMING SOON 🎙️🍿.” This made many people believe that they were doing a podcast, which could also feature some shocking tea based on the popcorn logo. Katie also revealed in the comment section that they have already filmed a few episodes, adding, “You’re definitely going to want to tune in đź¤.”

Some Bringing Up Bates fans on Reddit discussed the possibility that Carlin and Katie Bates’ podcast was canceled. According to the poster, they noticed the group’s unusual silence regarding the podcast. This made them wonder if there were issues with editing or if they’ve only been busy traveling.
However, several commenters speculate that they may have been waiting for sponsors so they could get paid for their podcast episodes. Another Redditor also said that they mentioned a mid-February release, making things more suspicious.
