It is difficult to believe that two years have gone by since Prince Harry and Meghan Markle welcomed their son, Archie. However, the soon-to-be big brother has just celebrated his second birthday. Meanwhile, despite the tensions between the Royal Family and Harry and Meghan, several birthday wishes were sent to their son.

On May 6, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were happy to celebrate their son, Archie’s, second birthday. The couple posted a number of heartwarming images to their Instagram account.
However, they weren’t alone, as members of the Royal Family were quick to wish young Archie a happy second birthday. Queen Elizabeth sent a birthday message to her great-grandson via the official Royal Family Instagram account.
Her Royal Highness shared a beautiful image of the couple and their newborn son. The caption read, “Wishing Archie Mountbatten-Windsor a very happy 2nd birthday today.”
Prince Charles and Camilla wish Archie a happy birthday
Prince Charles and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall sent their own birthday message to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s son via their Clarence House Instagram account. The royals shared a black-and-white image of Harry with their then-newborn baby.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge also celebrated Archie’s second birthday. They shared a group family photo from Archie’s christening in July 2019.

Meghan, Harry, and Archie
Among the images shared by Archie’s parents, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle was a black-and-white image of Archie holding a bouquet of birthday balloons. The couple sent the post, along with a request for royal fans to donate to Vaccine Equity in honor of their son’s second birthday.
Harry and Meghan wrote in their caption that we will not be able to truly recover until everyone, everywhere, has equal access to the vaccine. With that intention, the pair invited people to contribute whatever they can, if they have the means to do so. This will bring vaccines to families in the world’s most vulnerable places.
Meghan and Harry added that they cannot think of a “more resonant way” to honor their son’s birthday. They wrote that if we all show up, with compassion for those we both know and don’t know, it can have a profound impact. Harry and Meghan added that even a small contribution can have a ripple effect. “Together, we can uplift, protect, and care for one another.”

As reported here, amid all the birthday celebrations for Archie, Meghan recently announced the publication of her first children’s book. Titled The Bench, the book was inspired by her husband and son’s relationship.
