The Golden State Warriors were expected to become one of the top teams this season. However, they faced a lot of problems which put them into a 0-2 standing. Klay Thompson’s injury and Draymond Green’s absence have been one of the biggest challenges for the Warriors so far. They struggled a lot offensively as they only revolve around Curry. Unfortunately, Curry can’t carry his team all by himself. He needs the defensive mindset and playmaking skills of Green as well as his backcourt partner Thompson. Despite struggling early in the season, Curry is still showing signs that they’re still a contender team.
NBA: Curry Hits 105 Straight 3-Pointers In Practice
During the Golden State Warriors practice, Stephen Curry shows that he’s still one of the best 3-point shooters in the league. He managed to hit 105 straight 3-pointers in 5 minutes. A video of him hitting 105 3-pointers was also posted on the Warriors’ social media page. Fans were amazed at Curry’s performance in practice.
However, they also want Curry’s teammates to help him out during games. One fan commented, “We know what to get outta Steph but others have to step up.” Another fan also said, “Gotta get the teammates to do the same or watch some video on their form or something.” The Warriors had a blowout loss against the Milwaukee Bucks during Christmas Day with a score of 138-99.
Steve Kerr Amazed Of Curry’s 105 3-Pointers
Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr shared his thoughts about Stephen Curry’s 105 straight 3-pointers. According to him, “I think his previous record was 77. That’s insane.” He also said it should be recorded in the Guinness Book of World Records. “That was one of my favorite books growing up. If it still exists that should go in the book because we have video evidence now apparently,” Kerr added. Draymond Green didn’t watch Curry’s 105 3-pointers. However, he said that he has zero doubts that Curry did it. He also said that it doesn’t surprise him because Curry is one of the greatest shooters of all time.
NBA: Stephen Curry Told His Team They Need To Win Immediately
The Golden State Warriors have been struggling with their offense. It appears that Stephen Curry is the only one who can consistently score. However, it’s not enough for the Warriors to win games. Due to this, Curry told his team that they “need to win immediately.” After their loss against the Bucks on Christmas Day, Curry told his team, “We don’t really have a good flow on offense. We’re making things a little too easy on the opposition defense in terms of sustained execution.” He also said that they cannot afford to miss the playoffs this season. With Curry urging his team to play better, fans can expect a better execution on both offense and defense over their next games.
The Golden State Warriors will next face the Chicago Bulls.
