Kyrie had to sit out last season after his right shoulder surgery. Now, Kyrie is showing no signs of discomfort as he puts on a show in their season opener. Meanwhile, Caris LeVert explodes with 25 points, 9 rebounds, and 5 assists to help the Nets defeat the Warriors. On the other hand, the Warriors don’t have any answers against the unstoppable offense of the Nets.
NBA: Curry Hits First Double-Double In Season Opener
Two-time NBA MVP Stephen Curry fell short as he tried to carry his team against the Brooklyn Nets. However, he showed a good performance as he managed to get his first double-double of the season with 20 points and 10 assists. The Golden State Warriors’ second overall draft pick James Wiseman also made a strong debut in the league. He scored 19 points and 6 rebounds. Meanwhile, Andrew Wiggins seems to struggle in the offense as he scored 13 points, 2 rebounds, and 1 assist in 31 minutes of playing. Draymond Green was ruled out for the season opener because of a foot issue. At this point, the Warriors have yet to reveal Green’s current status.
